After half of the race I got tired more and more, it wasn't easy to keep the concentration high from control 12 and for exemple to control 17 I ran so badly because I wasn't able to read the map carefully enough. One quite big mistake of 50" to the second last control and some other little things, and bad route to the 8th control. But still quite satisfied.

Big mistake to the 3rd control, bad routechoice and execution, quite big mistake to the second last control. The rest was quite ok with some time loss of 10-15", but still not enough to be really good in this kind of terrains.

Big mistake to the first control and then many routes that I didn't run excatly as I wanted, like to the 2nd where I didn't want to go already to the drinking station :P.

Control 8 was at the wrong stone, the one before mine when coming from 7, so I arrived at mine and there was no control, I continued following the contour line and after a while I came back and our trainer was there and moved the control to the right place. I needed some time to concentrate well again and to the 12th I twisted quite bad my left ankle. Not so bad during the race but than I had to skip the last training day of the camp.

Bad route choice to the 4th and a bit unsure just before the 11th because I was preparing the 12th, also close to th 12th I didn't see the control at first moment and I had to slow down some seconds.

Finally a good performance, almost perfect except the choice to 32 where I wasn't ready and I chose the slowest one. Some other non-optimal micro-routechoices but I felt good technically and physically.

Not very big mistakes, towards 1, 12 and 17 too much around. For some controls uncertain. Speed was simply slower than the other.

Bad route choice to 7 (and I even decided for the best one first, but then changed idea). Often to slow when I was next to the control.

Very bad race for me: bad technical approach, legs were tired already afetr 5 controls and had to stop after 13th control for stomach problem.
